Jeffrey Rocha, CEO & Principal

Jeff Rocha assists clients seeking transformational change with a variety of strategic, organizational and operational tools and solutions.   Mr. Rocha partners with clients seeking to improve performance through analysis of existing business problems, development of improvement plans, and the facilitation of implementation.  Utilizing his extensive business experience and the broad array of subject matter expertise of the The Millennium Group International, he brings together consulting solutions that create lasting value.  Jeff works with clients to understand client organizations and specific business needs and then collaboratively develops customized solutions that help improve their bottom line.

Jeff maintains expertise with organizational change, process improvements, IT strategy, cost control, and cost modeling and analytics.  He has over 20 years of business experience with Internet, telecom, and technology companies such as AOL, MCI and IBM.  Jeff specializes in developing and implementing business strategies that cross technical and functional boundaries.
