He also holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
For over 25 years, Ms. Meyer has lead large, complex consulting assignments in the Financial Services, Civilian, Intelligence, Defense, Health Care and Emerging Markets Sectors. She has extensive experience in developing strategic human capital and business management programs to meet organizational objectives and has been recognized for business development efforts in cultivating and winning $30 million engagement. Ms. Meyer Holds a BS in History and Business and an MBA in Personnel and Industrial Relations from American University.
Mr. Wagner brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience leading teams delivering full-scale HR operations and organizational development assignments in challenging domestic and international settings. He has served many times as a principal adviser to C-suite Executives, Federal Senior Executives, and leadership teams on strategic, operational and tactical people program challenges. His professional background includes successful management of large-scale projects requiring cost-effective and innovative solutions to support startup, consolidation, downsizing and transformation. He holds a M.S. in Human Capital Management degree from Central Michigan University and a Bachelors in Government, earned at the College of William and Mary.
Ms. Thomas has over 10 years experience supporting Department of Transportations, Department of Justice, and the State Department with Strategic Planning, Performance Consulting, Economic Analysis, Organizational Design, Human Capital Management, Executive Session Facilitation, and Training Development. She reengineered hiring processes for DOT and reduced time-to-hire by 50% and saved over $200K/year by reducing HR staff. Ms. Thomas has a B.S. in Economics with a Minor in Finance and Accounting from Florida State University and holds a M.A. in Economics from George Mason University.
Ms. Williams has extensive experience education and a provider of high quality technical assistance. Supporting the US Department of Education, she has worked closely with district leadership, community partners, school administration, and teachers of low preforming public and alternative schools to regularly analyze school data and create focused standards-based plans and assessments to help their schools accomplish articulated goals. She has a Masters of Art in Education from the University of Maryland and a Bachelors of Science in Family Studies from Towson University.
Mr. Bergquist has extensive knowledge and experience in the implementation, strategic planning, development, and management of national programs. He has supported a wide array of federal programs, specifically administrative functions including HR and acquisitions. Mr. Bergquist supports business process redesign, policy development and improvement, and program analysis for TMG. He has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
