He has served many times as a principal adviser to C-suite Executives, Federal Senior Executives, and leadership teams on strategic, operational and tactical people program challenges. His professional background includes successful management of large-scale projects requiring cost-effective and innovative solutions to support startup, consolidation, downsizing and transformation. He holds a M.S. in Human Capital Management degree from Central Michigan University and a Bachelors in Government, earned at the College of William and Mary.

She reengineered hiring processes for DOT and reduced time-to-hire by 50% and saved over $200K/year by reducing HR staff. Mr. Bergquist has extensive knowledge and experience in the implementation, strategic planning, development, and management of national programs. He has supported a wide array of federal programs, specifically administrative functions including HR and acquisitions. Mr. Bergquist supports business process redesign, policy development and improvement, and program analysis for TMG. He has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
